US Eastern Time

This session on Thursday, 18 October, 2018 will focus on the informed consent process from study initiation to implementation and close out. We will review the key sections to include in an informed consent form, and the considerations that should be given to subject confidentiality, risks and benefits of participation. We will also discuss the 3 principles of research ethics and how they get incorporated in the informed consent process. The webinar will be about 60 minutes with a lot of opportunity for Q&A and participation.

This session is especially appropriate for those designing and conducting quantitative research studies involving subjects.
